Our wedding planned by Ambrosia Events in July, 2021 was the stuff of fairytales. I don’t believe that anyone else could have brought our vision to life like Oscar did. Every idea or request that I had, Oscar was able to bring to fruition. He was so attentive to our details and was genuinely passionate about our wedding. Wowww!!! Ambrosia did such a wonderful job with our wedding ceremonies and reception. We had two ceremonies. We did our florals through them, which they were able to repurpose between ceremonies. We also were able to rent everything we needed through Ambrosia too! We worked mostly with Oscar and Meriah - they are the dream team!! Communication was always fast and they made the breakdown of our invoice very easy to understand. Ambrosia Events and Oscar Sanchez did an amazing job helping us transform a large space into a magical and beautiful area. We gave him our vision and what we were thinking, and he and his team pulled it together working with another event designer/decorations company. We especially loved our custom designed history displays and green walls. We couldn't have asked for anything better. Oscar also provided linens, chairs, table decorations and soft seating sections. I had such an amazing experience with Oscar and his team at Ambrosia. They went above and beyond. The end result was so elegant and gorgeous for my wedding day. I used him for flower arrangements at my church ceremony and for most of my decorations at the reception. The flower arrangements were huge and exactly what I wanted! The way that his staff can decorate a wedding made my dreams come to life of everything I ever wanted for a wedding. The communication was also amazing! Very quick and detailed. Build Your Rental Order

Once you’ve selected your pieces, we’ll put everything together into a customized rental quote.

Our team will review your selections, quantities, and event details to make sure your order makes sense for your space and guest count. We can also help identify the little things that are easy to overlook—because those details matter.

Make It Official

Ready to move forward?

Your rental reservation is secured once your contract is signed and your required deposit is received. At that point, your items are reserved specifically for your event date.

Because popular rental pieces can book quickly, we recommend reserving your rentals as soon as you know what you need.

Five

Fine-Tune the Details

As your event gets closer, we’ll finalize the details of your order. We understand that guest counts and event plans can shift, so we give you the flexibility to make adjustments along the way.

We’ve Got You.


After signing, you can remove up to 15% of your rental item total to better align your order with your actual guest count and final needs. Additional items can also be added, subject to availability.

Order changes can be made up to two weeks prior to your event date. At that point, our warehouse team begins pulling, preparing, and organizing your rentals and coordinating the logistics for your event.

Once your order enters this preparation period, we’re no longer able to accommodate reductions to your rental items. This allows our team the time needed to carefully prepare every piece of your order and ensure everything is ready for your event.

We Prepare Everything

Behind the scenes, our warehouse team gets to work.

Your rentals are pulled, checked, cleaned, organized, and prepared for your event. If you’ve selected delivery, installation, or setup services, our team will also coordinate the logistics needed to get everything where it needs to go.

We believe the work that happens behind the scenes is just as important as what your guests see.

Seven

Your Event Day

It’s time to celebrate!

Depending on the services you selected, you can either pick up your rentals from our will call center or have our team deliver and install them at your venue.

From a stack of beautifully pressed linens to a fully installed backdrop or aerial installation, we’ll make sure your rentals and décor arrive ready to be part of the celebration.

Our Wedding Management services, also known as the Day of Coordination, will ensure everything runs smoothly on your big day. From setting up table numbers and signage, to managing your vendors and venue. Ambrosia Events handles all the details so you can relax and enjoy your special day.

Table Linen

Make your tables look like a showpiece using our floor-length tablecloths. We offer a variety of colors and sizes, prints, and textures from our in-house design collection, and don’t forget about your cocktail tables, cake table, and welcome table when choosing the suitable                 linen for your tables.
