Trusting us to style and plan your wedding doesn’t entail having a set product list or pricelist; instead, we look at what you are hoping to achieve and envision and work out the design to create it and then develop your pricing from there.
We do not charge an event or wedding styling fee on top of any style, decorations, lighting, or other set installations required to fulfill the vision of your event. Because we own each piece that is designed and created for your event, the wedding styling costs are all-inclusive. At times your vision may require an external supplier for items not carried in our vast in-house design collection; these would be quoted to you at highly competitive prices exclusive to me.
Oh yeah, there is, typically, a Wedding Planner who does the run around to plan & book things for your event or wedding; once vendors are booked in, times are settled, and payments are made, the job is done. A stylist creates the creative style of your event. We at Ambrosia Events are professional event planning and stylist; we specialize in providing this as a full service along with the benefit of selecting inventory from our sizeable in-house design collection.
At times, couples come to us at different times of their planning, so we can accommodate you if you prefer both services separately.
Our in-house floral design team will style and create your arrangements. We are involved in all aspects of creating your special day. We do not offer rental of our pieces to other wedding stylists or florists, nor would we work in conjunction with an external florist or use fake flowers. It makes things much cleaner, mainly because we’re all trained to create these unique styles perfectly.
As much as we love to create fabulous weddings & events for every couple and client that approaches us, there is a limit as to how many weddings & event functions we can do each year. It depends on the size of each event and what services are required. If your wedding is large and my entire team is required to fulfill your vision, we would be able to take on only one large wedding. We are fortunate to have a team that we can rely on to service a limited number of weddings each weekend. Each event we take on will have a dedicated senior stylist and team leader on your special day to oversee the setup, installation, and styling and ensure it is looked after. If we have multiple weddings on the same day, we are dedicated to that particular wedding along with the senior team and team leader. We constantly contact team leaders and inspect each wedding throughout the day.
Suppose you have a destination wedding/event overseas and would love for Ambrosia Events to be involved. In that case, we are available based on when you’re looking to have your wedding or event. The same goes with interstate weddings/events. Destination weddings are awesome and are truly unique, but they require much more involvement with our services to put together, so these will be tailored to you with as many aspects of the wedding or event we would need to look at. As with interstate weddings/events, we would offer sourced local teams and pieces. Otherwise, our team is also available to create your magical day.
Yes, we have liability insurance to service your event safely.
Events and weddings are created based on your vision. Set up a design consultation with us; this is where we’ll talk a lot, do some listening, and draw. At the end of this session, a proposal is prepared for your consideration and approval, and from there, we will put together a contract.
Once the boring paperwork is signed off and depending on the services requested, a 20% -50% deposit is required to save the date for you. The final payment is due within (3) weeks prior to the event. We offer payment installments as well to alleviate the lump sum.

Make your tables look like a showpiece using our floor-length tablecloths. We offer a variety of colors and sizes, prints, and textures from our in-house design collection, and don’t forget about your cocktail tables, cake table, and welcome table when choosing the suitable linen for your tables.
