Oscar Sanchez is a professional Chef and Entrepreneur who graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts in Mexico. After working in the Hospitality Industry in Mexico, he moved to Milwaukee in 2010 and continued his studies in Chicago. To further his career, he earned degrees as, a Chocolatier at the Chocolate Academy, a Professional Cake Designer at the French Pastry School, and a Professional Ice Carver in Fresno, California. In 2013, after obtaining such achievements, Mr. Sanchez founded Ambrosia Events, an event planning company that specializes in planning extraordinary events for corporations, non-profit organizations, weddings, and special events. Mr. Sanchez was recognized as the Entrepreneur of the Year in 2014 by LEN, Latino Entrepreneurial Network a nonprofit organization, and currently serves as the Vice President of the board of directors there. Additionally, he is also an active member of NACE, the National Association for Catering and Events South Eastern Wisconsin.
